initially i placed 1 free order by paying just the shipping fees to try out. after about 1 year of using, the labels can last. However, when i start to place a bulk order, things gone terribly wrong. The same piece of first trial name labels starts to fade away after just 2 weeks of usage. The bulk order was lost in mail, customer service just ask me to keep waiting. It has been 1 month, 1 week since i placed my order, it never came. I paid $6 of shipping fees but the tracking is only within Australia and no tracking is available outside of Australia, which is ridiculous. Not sure why am i paying expensive shipping fees for non traceable mail. this experience has made me really disappointed in Tinyme and i would not want to use your name labels anymore.
