I love Hakkaisan's sakes and ordered a special bottle for when my son can again visit. In Japan it's one of our favorite go-to's, and though I wasn't familiar with this exact one, it'll surely serve the purpose! I hope Tippsy offers more Hakkaisan options in future! There is really no way to get authentic sake in Colorado save a few overpriced choices. I lived 30 years in Japan and miss my favorite local sakes a lot! And right now we're not welcome in Jaan, so Tippsy is the next best thing! Glad I found it!
