Tippsy do a fantastic job at educating non-Japanese about Sake. They have taken it upon them to deconstruct the mysteries of the Kanji used on the label and have rated all their Sake on two dimensions, Sweetness and Acidity in order to give us a construct to calibrate our pallet. They also have a great selection. I recently purchased NARAMAN from Fukushima prefecture and was impressed enough to post on social media and a friend from Fukushima commented and was very surprised that I got this in America.
