Tippsy's customer service is incredible. They sent us a replacement for a delivery that we thought had gone astray, and did so even after it turned out that the delivery had actually arrived and the fault was entirely ours for not having figured that out. Amazing. This on top of the sake being absolutely perfect and delicious. Thank you Tippsy!
