Tippsy itself seems like a good business, website was easy to navigate with a great amount of choices. I didn’t initially receive a confirmation email or tracking information until I reached out to them but I understand sometimes things get missed so thats not really a big deal. What changes is the delivery services they chose. They decided to use a regional service that is one of the lowest rated, uncommunicative, and just frustrating services that based off what i have read has multiple AG complaints levied towards them. The choice to use this service has increased delivery time and theres no way to get in contact with them to figure out issues with my package. Its a bad choice and unfortunately taints the concept of easy ordering and makes it more of a hassle than just acquiring the sake myself through other services or other businesses. Tippsy website, customer support 7-8.5/10 , delivery process 2/10.
