My order wasn't processed within three days after ordering online, which is understandable due to the holidays, but I did want some sort of update as to an ETA, as the website said it would be processed within three days. But so I contacted customer support and Rui got it going immediately and was very apologetic and helpful. My purchase, which was a gift to someone, arrived soon thereafter. The gift recipient was very happy with the gift.
