Tippsy has been very helpful in finding my favorite sake which is nearly impossible to find in brick & mortar stores.
Their customer support responds to emails very fast and is very accommodating, almost like they are japanese and taking very good care of you (as they would there in japan)
Will continue to purchase from them as long as they take care of me :)
