I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Tippsy's customer service! I was very excited about my first Sake Club Box arriving and couldn't wait to see all my “goodies” that had just arrived! While I was opening the box, much to my surprise and chagrin, I found that one of the bottles had cracked, causing some sake to leak out. Looking on the website, it directed me to email Tippsy. I was very hesitant because I had played email tag with other businesses, but did as instructed. In less than 5 minutes, I had a reply to my email! The customer service representative was very apologetic and guaranteed that they would rectify this problem. Every step of the way, I received an email from the representative, so I could stay abreast. In less than a half-hour, I had received verification that my replacement bottle was being picked up by FedEx. As a Sake Club Member, I'm certain that Tippsy will make sure that their costumers are treated fairly, quickly and with respect. Thank you, Tippsy 🙇‍♂️
