The education about flavors, methods, and breweries. My goal was to learn what I like and why. I’ve tasted so many great sakes, most recently taru sake, aged in barrels. Fantastic! Tipsy curates a wonderful selection every quarter. I love the info cards! I get excited when I get my delivery text! Keep up the great work!
