A really valuable resource for people like me who are interested in learning about sake but have a hard time memorizing information! I like that you can select your "flavor profile" and then allow yourself to be surprised by the assortment that's picked for you. It's fun to sample the different selections with friends and prepare meals to accompany the sake. A little pricey, but I think it's worth it for all of the accompanying information and the ability to build a reference profile.
