Be forewarned of poor customer service. They don’t have a phone line to call, but they do provide a # to send a text message if you so desire - the automated response redirects you to an email address, also automated.
I was promised and paid for 5-day ground shipping. I received an email saying that items were packed and awaiting shipment. 5 days later, the Tracking site says “label created, awaiting pickup”, same since Day 1.
They have now effectively missed being able to ensure arrival by Dec 20, or 10 biz days elapsed, my event missed.
I have tried to cancel but am getting the runaround between dead messaging and deaf emails.
I wish you better logistics. Plan ahead and verify!
