We are Japanese and we love Tippsy. They provide authentic high quality Japanese Sake we even have limited access in Japan - like Dassai. Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe presented the highest quality Dassai to Obama when he visited Japan. I highly recommend Dassai 45, which is reasonably priced but still has excellent taste. Other famous good sake factories we love include Kikusui and Hakkaisan which are relatively dry taste and go well with both seafood and meat dishes. No doubt you can find your own favorite sake at Tippsy!
