There are two things I love most about Tippsy Sake: 1. The undeniably delicious sake options 2. Their customer service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we ordered 3 bottles of our favorite sake that all arrived within a week. However, when our package was delivered, it was nowhere to be found. We’re not sure what happened to it (neighbor’s house? Porch pirates? Who knows), but I emailed customer service to alert them. Tiffany was lovely to work with and checked with UPS. The bottles were still not located, so she on behalf of Tippsy Sake sent us the same 3 bottles free of charge! Incredible customer service — we didn’t even ask for the replacement. They’re arriving Monday and we can’t wait to order in sushi and enjoy a bottle as a glimmer of hope in this pandemic. Thank you, Tippsy Sake!
