Highlys satisfied. The local UPS, unfortunately, had an accident with the package broken. Within 24 hours of me notifying the company, someone got in touch with me and was very pleasant. Mrs. Tiffany automatically eased my concerns and handled the situation. The package arrived as scheduled, within a week, and I'm enjoying the sake now. Want to say thank you to Tiffany and the people at Tippsy, and I will definitely be buying from you again in the near future.
