My first box from Tippsy came quick and offered a nice selection to start with. The emails that came after delivery were amazing in helping me understand preparation/serving, such as temperature. I'd love to see food pairing recommendations. The only curious part is why a family member got 2 different Sake's in their first box, as they ordered less than a week apart from me, and it was same month.
