I ordered a birthday subscription from Tippsy Sake in July and that particular subscription was cancelled before it could be completed. Tippsy offered me generous rewards points in lieu. I had a very hard time getting the rewards points to work (I am not at all tech savvy) and Tiffany worked patiently and courteously with me over the course of several months to be sure that I awas happy. She is a wonderful representative of Tippsy Sake and I will happily use the company again. Thanks for the great customer service, Tiffany.
