Total thieves! Bought tickets, accidently misspelled my email and they told me I would get refunded in 5-7 business days since the tickets were "cancelled" and to go ahead and buy a second set. So I did, and after weeks of arguing with them becuase they accepted both my payments and never cancelled, they tell me to take it up with PayPal! Proceed with extreme CAUTION!
