“They sold me tickets to six flags when it wasn’t even open on the day they sold me. I spent a $30 Uber to get there Only to find out it was closed.
I’m now being met with an automated chat bot and no number to call.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”
“I would have given them a ZERO if i could. On November 29, 2024 I mistakenly purchased 2 tickets for the aquarium in Houston (1 minute later) I realized that we were in Dallas NOT Houston. I immediately chatted with customer service and was told they will not be refunding me my money due to the non-refundable ticket restriction. I understand that yes it was my mistake but it was it was an honest mistake that took me 1 minute to realize and they should have a grace period because we considered purchasing thru them instead of paying directly with the venue. Be aware of this so that you are not going to be handing them your hard working money for nothing in exchange. -- this absolutely disgraceful!!”
“NIE POLECAM Kupiłem bilety na wstępie do King Palace w Bangoku które okazały się wirtualna wycieczką bez możliwości wstępu w cenie wyższej niż bilet wstępu”
“Bought audio tickets for the Duomo in Milan. Couldn't activate the QR code. Showed staff in the Duomo, not even they could help. They suggested next time to go on their official website for tickets. Great advice.”
“Szam...keep away. You gonna overpay a lot. Rome coloseum with add ons where normal price is 36 eur for 2 adults and 2 kids , tiqets charge over 200 eur. Keep away.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I came from Brazil to visit the Vatican and paid in full for the museum and sistine capel. The company basically let me know in 24 hours that they could not buy my tickets and that I should go myself to buy tickets.”
“Scam company. I was tricked into buying tickets for the Sagrada Familia. I immediately cancelled them under Tiqet's terms. 2 months later I have still bot received my money and am constantly fobbed off by the company who just keep telling me to contact my bank (I paid by credit card). Obfuscation at best, fraud at worst.”
“Garbage website with terrible customer service and no empathy for unforeseen issues. Wouldn’t spend a single dollar or trust these people with any business.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Viator is a much better option”
“My experience with them was terrible. I purchased Omnia+Rome Pass combo card. Omnia card includes tickets to the coliseum, yet tiqets.com offered me to purchase tickets from them right before checking out. I did not realize they were separate offers and ended up buying them because I was in rush. The tickets were not refundable. Given that they knew I already had tickets, I find this very sneaky business practice.
Besides, they provide you with a bunch of qr codes and call them tickets. Rest assured that those are useless and far from entrance tickets to the venues. You must pick up your tickets in person from separate offices. It was very inconvenient and misleading.
I do not recommend tiqets.com at all.”
“Prior to the tour of St Mark’s Basilica in Venice, it wasn’t specified that we needed to pick up physical tickets, and that the digital tickets they sent us wouldn’t be accommodated. Of course, the person who informed us of this didn’t know where to get the tickets printed, causing a delay.
The tour itself was interesting. The tour guide, whose name I never caught (male with a short pony tail), seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, at one point in the tour, he turned to me and started berating me, raising his voice a bit and saying something about time and how “this is meant to be fun.” The only reason that I could ever figure for his behavior was that I had to wait for a moment while my young child tied her shoes. At this point, of course, the interest in the tour and the aforementioned ‘fun’ was over.
If you choose to take the tour, you definitely shouldn’t take your children as this guide has no patience for them and, even though I nodded appreciatively throughout the tour, be sure to smile a lot because he had an apparent constant need for validation, an insecurity a person who conducts tours probably shouldn’t have. Incidentally, he must have rushed as the entire group stood around about ten minutes at the end for the next group to collect our headsets. If you choose to take the tour, hopefully you get someone behaviorally sound, less resentful, and with better time management.
You would be much better off reading up on the history of the church and going through on your own, or, at the very least, going with a different tour company, as the volatility of at least one of Tiqets’ tour guides was not worth the information from the tour. At least the party I was with had a good laugh at the idiocy of our tour guide when it was over, so that was a plus.”
“They are a total scam. We had tickets to Colloseum and Forum for a guided tour, and the company no-showed. Then they claimed they changed meeting points, which was a complete lie. We went and asked and they said the company does it all the time, and they are a fraud. They refused to refund tickets. Never ever use these frauds.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THE WORSE EVER! Wrong information at every turn! Changing meeting spot…changing details of tour and access. COMPLETE DISASTER! Do not use!”
“Total thieves! Bought tickets, accidently misspelled my email and they told me I would get refunded in 5-7 business days since the tickets were "cancelled" and to go ahead and buy a second set. So I did, and after weeks of arguing with them becuase they accepted both my payments and never cancelled, they tell me to take it up with PayPal! Proceed with extreme CAUTION!”
“SCAM OF A COMPANY IN ROME. Purchased tickets for entry to Colosseum/Forum/palatine hill. WAY OVERPRICED. if you walk up to the gate at colosseum you’re looking at 22 euros and it covers EVERYTHING, including access to the restricted areas. When reaching out to Tiqets, they only respond AFTER your time frame passes so you can’t get a refund or anything. They are extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. They overcharge you for the least available package when the actual venue charges you 1/3 the price.
Total scam of a company. Will be filing reviews across all channels, social media and more. Get ready for a fun ride Tiqets.”
“A very reliable ticket office, maintains continuous communication with the customer, everything worked as planned, including the visiting hours. Well done!We will also buy from you on a future visit.”
