Tickets to visit Vesuvio national park were not accepted by the venue. Customer service of tiquets was not communicating at all.

I do not recommend this company. We bought two tickets for the Royal Alcázar in Seville for €50.40, but the tickets were invalid — there was no QR code. The staff at the entrance told us they see this problem quite often. It’s really a waste of money. Make sure to buy your tickets only from the official website.

Not recommended. Deliberate misrepresentation of the customer. When choosing tickets in Canada, the site displays a $ sign (which, as we know, is used for both USD and CAD). Since the purchase is made in Canada for an event in Canada, it would be reasonable to assume the price is in CAD, right? Wrong — it’s USD. If you happen to miss the very first page (where USD is indeed shown at the top of the page), you won’t see any further indication that the price is in USD throughout the booking and payment process. The only place you’ll notice it is in your bank statement. As for their customer support — it’s terrible. They refuse to acknowledge the problem, and the attitude is anything but polite.

I bought tickets to the Eiffel tower as part of an event for our business company, which I have to submit to the company's accounting and declare. I ordered the tickets very early from Tiqets, because I wanted the event to be well organized and there would be no problems with sold-out tickets. When I wanted to receive my VAT invoice for the tickets, I was told in a WhatsApp message that there was no such possibility and that I should contact some mysterious distributor. I replied that I did not know which distributor I was talking about and what his name was. I said that I bought the tickets and paid the money to Tiqets and that they should also give me a proper invoice. This was rejected again. I was given some kind of email address where I could supposedly request an invoice. No one has responded to my email so far and I have not received an invoice. Most likely, no invoices are planned to be issued. I guess Tiqets declares income and pays taxes if it's so difficult to issue an invoice to the buyer?? I do not recommend this ticket sales site. Stay away from them. I will delete them from my future purchase list as well as their app. Very, very disappointed. They caused me a huge problem.

Easy to book with. All trips went smoothly in krakow Poland. The company they use for the trips excellent apart from one trip that didn't go to plan which was the third party so will take it up with them.

My daughter had a epilepsy seizure and we asked to move our appointment for just an hour or two, as we were behind schedule. There response was just, no you can't amend time slot and a condescending, if there is anything else we can help you with rubbish. It was just visiting the tall building with a view, nothing that couldn't be easy to sort. Its a shame as there is 55 of us and we were a day early, so im not recommending to book through this company and after reading some reviews after this has happened, I shouldn't of booked on with these in the first place

I bought tickets through Tiqets to a concert of arias at Chiese Valdese in Rome. Their website information regarding the event was false and misleading in 3 ways: The website promises free wine tasting during the break. There is no break and therefore no wine. The picture posted is very misleading. It shows a large groups of singers and players on a nicely lit and decorated stage. In fact, the ensemble is just one pianist and 2 singers, in a poorly lit church. The list of arias was performed incompletely compared to the website. But the worst was the attitude of Tiqets. When I approached Tiqets with the above misleading information and asked for a partial refund, even if for the promised unlimited wine they refused to take responsibility, promised repeatedly to look into the matter, claimed for weeks they were unable to reach their supplier ( which I couldn’t care less about as they sold me the tickets and should be responsible for their adds). Shameful attitude, best stay away.

A very dodgy company! Avoid. I purchased two combo tickets for montpanasse tower and a boat tour. But found out at the pier that the boat tickets have already been used in the previous month! I had to buy two new boat tour tickets which Tiqets has refused to reimburse me for. Very dodgy practice to sell already used tickets!

Don’t buy your tickets here as the customer service is terrible and although they say they have 24/7, it’s not going to solve you anything, stay away from them

Terrible experience. Borghese gallery guided tour booked. Turn up 20 mins early as stated. No guide so we can’t go in as they have the tickets. Stayed half a hour past time of tour, no guide. Other tour operators there confirm they know our guide and he isn’t there. Reach out to tiqets whilst there, no help, they will look into it. Despite a time stamped photo at the meeting point they claim it’s our fault and refusing refund. Terrible customer services, money wasted

I purchased some Sea Life tickets from Tiqets. Unfortunately I purchased them for Porto (Portugal) instead of Puerto (Marina - Benalmadena in Spain) as the name was similar. When I arrived at Sea Life they said I needed to pay again and get a refund for the Porto tickets. They were very helpful and gave me the email I needed for Tiqets. When I contacted Tiquets they said I should have gone onto their website that said that tickets were not refundable and refused to do anything, even though I had made a mistake. When I contacted Sea Life they said they were unable to help as I had purchased through a 3rd party. They also don't normally give refunds but said in cases of mistakes they would have given me a refund. LESSON LEARNED Never use Tiqets or similar companies as if something goes wrong they will not help. BOOK DIRECT, YOU ARE MUCH MORE LIKELY TO BE TREATED SYMPATHETICALLY IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED GOES WRONG!

Bought a Julia’s travel guided tour via Tiqets website and the transaction went kind of smoothly, even though I was overseas at the time. However, the day of the guided tour didn’t go smoothly at all since the address printed on the ticket as meeting point was not the actual meeting point. This is an issue between Tiqets and Julia’s travel that costed us to miss and loose half of the guided tour, whole tour costed €256 to visit Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, kind of pricey. I sent a request to Tiqets for a partial refund of the guided tour but it was denied. I suggest that if you use Tiqets to buy a tour try to contact someone live before your tour, more over if it’s a guided tour, to validate the meeting point, which I did tried to validate from the USA, but I wasn’t successful.

Avoid at all costs. The museum staff did not accept tickets provided through the “third party vendor” these scam artists are collaborating with. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, we had to buy new ones at the museum. The refund is taking ages, and online support is helpful for nothing. Waste of time, nerves, money, and, frankly, experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with this platform. They clearly do not care about their partners and have proven to be untrustworthy. It feels like they are more focused on profit than maintaining a good relationship with their partners. As a result, we’ve been misled and left in difficult situations with customers. I would strongly advise against partnering with them if you value integrity and professionalism.

We did not get what we paid for. We paid for the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica: Guided Tour, and we only had a guided tour of the Vatican Museums at 2:30 pm. We understand that the Sistine Chapel is closed and you informed us about it by email, but we did not get the St. Peter's Basilica tour that we paid for. We told the guide that we also paid for the Basilica, but he said that he had nothing to do with it, that it was up to the agency and that he only leads a tour of the Vatican Museums. On the way, we saw other groups that had a VIP pass to St. Peter's Basilica with a guide, which we also paid for, all together 218€. We feel cheated!
