Avoid at all costs. The museum staff did not accept tickets provided through the “third party vendor” these scam artists are collaborating with. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, we had to buy new ones at the museum. The refund is taking ages, and online support is helpful for nothing. Waste of time, nerves, money, and, frankly, experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with this platform. They clearly do not care about their partners and have proven to be untrustworthy. It feels like they are more focused on profit than maintaining a good relationship with their partners. As a result, we’ve been misled and left in difficult situations with customers. I would strongly advise against partnering with them if you value integrity and professionalism.

We did not get what we paid for. We paid for the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica: Guided Tour, and we only had a guided tour of the Vatican Museums at 2:30 pm. We understand that the Sistine Chapel is closed and you informed us about it by email, but we did not get the St. Peter's Basilica tour that we paid for. We told the guide that we also paid for the Basilica, but he said that he had nothing to do with it, that it was up to the agency and that he only leads a tour of the Vatican Museums. On the way, we saw other groups that had a VIP pass to St. Peter's Basilica with a guide, which we also paid for, all together 218€. We feel cheated!

Not recommended. I booked my tickets one month before going to Venice. Unfortunately 50 minutes (!) before the visit of the church I got the email, that my order is cancelled. Refundation of the service was immediate, but we had planned all the day in Venice to visit the Basilic on time and we were really disappointed. In addition (probably because of conversion of euro) we got back lower amount of money then we had paid (the difference was about 8 euros). Never more.

I strongly don't recommend Tiqets to buy tickets or book a tour. We couldn't not receive our money back when we canceled the tour. They never refund money in any circumstances. Never buy tickets on this platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tiqets. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. It was a complete waste of time, and their customer support was useless – they did nothing to help when I encountered an issue. On top of that, the tickets were significantly more expensive than buying directly from the venue. To make matters worse, they changed my booking without asking, completely messing up my schedule. Frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid if you can!

This company sold me tickets for a day that all the museums were closed. I have tried to resolve the issue three times and they are ignoring me now. Terrible customer service. BEWARE! Do NOT use this company.

Steer clear of this company at all costs. My friend and I booked a trip with them, only to discover that they had oversold the tickets, leaving us unable to join the tour. Amid the chaos of trying to resolve the issue, a family offered to sell us their tickets, and we paid 50 Euros out of our own pockets. Now, they are refusing to refund us, claiming that the travel agency where we picked up the tickets “gave us a ticket.” If you don’t want to lose your money, avoid this company—or be ready for poor customer service.

I would add negative rate if I could do it. This is very unreliable agency with poor customer service. They are ignorant and they scam on the prices. They sell guided tour to Vatican museums much higher than all other agencies. They also included St. Peter's basilica to the price, however entrance to this place is free and no need for reservation. They also refused to refund fully or partial cost of tour for 5 people who were late for 15 minutes and their representatives was not helpful to rebook or accommodate. If you don't want to loose hundreds of euros, don't use them

I bought tickets for Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti & Boboli: Combined 5 day Pass, on 23.01.2025, for 20.04.2025, 47,5 euros, they were refundable tickets before purchase. After I paid, in the confirmation email, it says that the tickets cannot be canceled or rescheduled. I wrote a message on the site and I did not receive any response. In the conditions where flights are canceled, or other conditions, the money is lost.

They are scammers avoid purchasing from them Brought 7 tickets to ferrari world abudahbi All information was false on their website Instead of using skip the line entrance i had to wait 1-2 hours minimum for each ride because the gave me a standard ticket. They published false information on their website.!!!!! Be aware from them buy from official website it will cost less even!

Thieves - if the venue doesn’t deliver on service, you get no refund. They just want your money. Avoid these parasites at all cost.

THE BEST UNRELIABLE AND FAKE SITE!!! After reading the revews did I realise that they act woth the same trickery way, with and NON-EXISTING EMAIL , they CHANGE THE ITINERARY or the MEETING POINT and then your Tickets are INVALID. Our family and friends lost our whole 7 people groups tickets for Salt Mine of Krakow ,which means money too... because they incline they changed the itinerary for an hour later! Claiming that they informed us for the change through email,that we never received and never confirmed that we received!!! Or that we had knowledge of that change. After we were looking for their "representative" outside in cold weather woth our children, for not losing our que and the tickets too ,and after the proposal of other guides on the meeting point, we proceeded to scan our tickets with the rest of the online tickets group so that not loosing the tickets. Ours(and of some others' of course)seemed to be invalid, maybe because they have been transferred for an hour later our group's itinerary . Besides the fact that, after trying to automatically robot - Chatting Noone of the partners told us that the itinerary was not for that hour and the suggested on trying again one more scanningwith the PDF tickets, even though it would be no difference. ( To NOTE that:we should meet with the representative to give us our "actual tickets because we shouldn't scan them through our devices at all, a detail that was not sufficient on our reservation's information, it just wrote: meet with the guide and show them your tickets , no mention for actual tickets. We thought it was just for proof we were his clients and we would move together to the entrance... They would also talked with the "unknown for us " " Venue Partner" that did not admit anything ,insisting even after many times of chatting with a Tiqets.com robot- employee, that we weren't at the meeting point on time and that they were trying to communicate ... We however had bought new tickets after the employee of Tiqets.com chatting suggest us to buy new ones ( besides the fact that their VENUE PARTNER had change the itinerary- but they still insisting on scanning our tickets/ they didn't even know about this change , but they also were talking to the venue partner who He/she also didn'tknow about thos change too till that time.../ after some days and many tryings of chatting THEY REMEMBERED TO SAY that they were trying to communicate with us, so that to inform us for the change of the schedule...It is a TACTICS that they used to many others ,REVIEWS PROVE THAT!!!) and that we would take the refund after they would find the "MISSING and UNKNOWN VENUE PARTNER" ( they also suggest in Buying new tickets through their SITE AGAIN , but the new reservation time ,according the schedule's change has not to come yet/ but they still didn't know that because it was a NEW detail that came through after many chats (ANOTHER TACTICS), with many screenshots , and many tryings to prove MY WORD AGAINST THEIRS!!!!! Thankfully we didn't bough them from Tiqets.com again, it seems they wanted them double-pay for almost 500€ both. ) We bought new ones on the office outside the Salt Mine. The time we were in the Mine, they were SUPPOSED they were trying to communicate with us ,BUT WHAT A PITY ... phones DO NOT WORK in there,and how should they know!???? Now that it was the time to ask for our refund, they don't approve it...NO! NO!!! the Tiqets.com, but their "INVISIBLE and UNCKNOW Venue Partner" , even though we NEVER had any exchanges with this Partner...Yes they are not agree of giving a refund besides they were that told us to buy new tickets and we would have the refund ,because they seem invalid on the scanner. But now IT IS OUR FAULT that WE NEVER received the email they send for the change, even THOUGH we never AGREED WITH THIS!!! Is it perhaps because we didn't buy our new tickets on this "VERY RELIABLE " 🤔 site too??? I wonder why DIDN'T WE TRUST TIQETS.COM for one more time??? Ohhhh to note that the employee with the scanner on the Mine's entrance told us that THIS PROBLEM HAPPENED FREQUENTLY with this kind of sites ... so I found some of those with the same situation and we will proceed to different facing of the problem! But with whom to communicate with, with this automatic chat-bot that they close the chat whenever they want ??? You have Noone to talk to or to find a real solution... all their explanations are FAKE!!!

They sold me tickets to six flags when it wasn’t even open on the day they sold me. I spent a $30 Uber to get there Only to find out it was closed. I’m now being met with an automated chat bot and no number to call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I would have given them a ZERO if i could. On November 29, 2024 I mistakenly purchased 2 tickets for the aquarium in Houston (1 minute later) I realized that we were in Dallas NOT Houston. I immediately chatted with customer service and was told they will not be refunding me my money due to the non-refundable ticket restriction. I understand that yes it was my mistake but it was it was an honest mistake that took me 1 minute to realize and they should have a grace period because we considered purchasing thru them instead of paying directly with the venue. Be aware of this so that you are not going to be handing them your hard working money for nothing in exchange. -- this absolutely disgraceful!!

Bought audio tickets for the Duomo in Milan. Couldn't activate the QR code. Showed staff in the Duomo, not even they could help. They suggested next time to go on their official website for tickets. Great advice.

Szam...keep away. You gonna overpay a lot. Rome coloseum with add ons where normal price is 36 eur for 2 adults and 2 kids , tiqets charge over 200 eur. Keep away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I came from Brazil to visit the Vatican and paid in full for the museum and sistine capel. The company basically let me know in 24 hours that they could not buy my tickets and that I should go myself to buy tickets.

Scam company. I was tricked into buying tickets for the Sagrada Familia. I immediately cancelled them under Tiqet's terms. 2 months later I have still bot received my money and am constantly fobbed off by the company who just keep telling me to contact my bank (I paid by credit card). Obfuscation at best, fraud at worst.
