They are a total scam. We had tickets to Colloseum and Forum for a guided tour, and the company no-showed. Then they claimed they changed meeting points, which was a complete lie. We went and asked and they said the company does it all the time, and they are a fraud. They refused to refund tickets. Never ever use these frauds.
