I had a very disappointing experience with Tiqets. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
It was a complete waste of time, and their customer support was useless – they did nothing to help when I encountered an issue. On top of that, the tickets were significantly more expensive than buying directly from the venue. To make matters worse, they changed my booking without asking, completely messing up my schedule.
Frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid if you can!
