It has been months now after I received my four tires. One was obviously out of round, so I contacted customer support. They wanted another of info from the installation shop in order to process a return. So I went through PayPal the start the return. After returning the tire, they still refuse to refund the money for the tire and the worthless road hazard they stuck on the bill at checkout. I would not recommend this company for anything but a money disposal service. I have another tire that is vibrating and I will have to replace it also, but locally thus time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
