“Iām very disappointed with my experience with TireEasy.com. I purchased tires, and the very next day the price dropped. I contacted customer service hoping for a simple price adjustment, but they completely declined to help.
Instead of valuing customer satisfaction or showing any flexibility, they seemed more concerned about saving a few dollars than keeping a customer happy. This experience made me feel unappreciated as a buyer.
I would think twice before purchasing from them again, as their customer service did not meet reasonable expectations.”
