Went with a competitor and I was completely satisfied with everything. Tires Easy is no longer being used through my entire network of family and friends. Including social media platforms. Amounting to about 2500 people!”
“Might be slightly cheap to buy here, but their shipping method is horrible. They use FedEx wish service and delivery has tremendously got worse, if that's possible. Shipper said the tire were all sent out at the same time, but I might get a few different delivery times for six tires. I was supposed to get all 6 tires on Saturday, but only received one. Monday I received 4, and now I'm waiting on 1 tire. Sometimes it's not worth saving a few bucks. I waited all day and evening Saturday to receive only 1 tire. Had to reschedule 2 insulation appointments, because FedEx can't get their shut in order, and tire easy doesn't care after the sale is done.”
“Smooth transaction, but the advertisement was misleading. I was shown a picture of a tire on a rim, and ordered the same. When the tire arrived without a rim, I was disappointed. In looking back at the ad, there certainly was a super tiny asterisk that said the rim wasn’t included - I felt this was a little misleading, especially given the picture.”

“The shipment was a couple of times delayed due the storm which happens, but the system kept sending me reminders about my appointment to only arrive at Pepboz, drop off the car and take an uber home. After I get home pepboyz called and said that the they don’t have my tires😅”
“Saved me a lot of money! They had options in my tire sizes that were not offered anywhere else. We will see how they wear but the price was right even with the addition handling fees. Arrived in separate orders but still super fast (I think 2-3 days)

“Highly disappointing Price will seem good , then comes all the additional fees next thing you know its more then the local tire shop. They say 2-4 days to receive ( not ) going on day 5 still hasn't shipped !! Still says processing already paid now wont let me cancel !!! If it hasn't shipped and still processing should be able to cancel !! When calling them they say will ship asap that's it ! Don't waste your time and money unless you like drama . Will not purchase from here again !!”
