“Smooth transaction, but the advertisement was misleading. I was shown a picture of a tire on a rim, and ordered the same. When the tire arrived without a rim, I was disappointed. In looking back at the ad, there certainly was a super tiny asterisk that said the rim wasn’t included - I felt this was a little misleading, especially given the picture.”

“The shipment was a couple of times delayed due the storm which happens, but the system kept sending me reminders about my appointment to only arrive at Pepboz, drop off the car and take an uber home. After I get home pepboyz called and said that the they don’t have my tires😅”
“Saved me a lot of money! They had options in my tire sizes that were not offered anywhere else. We will see how they wear but the price was right even with the addition handling fees. Arrived in separate orders but still super fast (I think 2-3 days)

They say 2-4 days to receive ( not ) going on day 5 still hasn't shipped !! Still says processing already paid now wont let me cancel !!! If it hasn't shipped and still processing should be able to cancel !! When calling them they say will ship asap that's it ! Don't waste your time and money unless you like drama . Will not purchase from here again !!”
“I’m very disappointed with my experience with TireEasy.com. I purchased tires, and the very next day the price dropped. I contacted customer service hoping for a simple price adjustment, but they completely declined to help.
Instead of valuing customer satisfaction or showing any flexibility, they seemed more concerned about saving a few dollars than keeping a customer happy. This experience made me feel unappreciated as a buyer.
I would think twice before purchasing from them again, as their customer service did not meet reasonable expectations.”
