“Smooth transaction, but the advertisement was misleading. I was shown a picture of a tire on a rim, and ordered the same. When the tire arrived without a rim, I was disappointed. In looking back at the ad, there certainly was a super tiny asterisk that said the rim wasn’t included - I felt this was a little misleading, especially given the picture.”
“The shipment was a couple of times delayed due the storm which happens, but the system kept sending me reminders about my appointment to only arrive at Pepboz, drop off the car and take an uber home. After I get home pepboyz called and said that the they don’t have my tires😅”
“Tires were late and your company notified me of the delayed delivery, a day after the tires were late. I had already taken time off work to have the tires installed, that was a day I could not get back and money lost.”
“I don't think it's fair that I have to pay a fee for the tire disposal at the time of purchase and again at the time of installation sounds like double dipping”
“Price was great until surcharge of 20% or so was added because I was handling installation, not one of tires easy shops. Also, 1-2 day delivery was when tires were on the delivery service truck (3 days after order).”
