“Highly disappointing Price will seem good , then comes all the additional fees next thing you know its more then the local tire shop. They say 2-4 days to receive ( not ) going on day 5 still hasn't shipped !! Still says processing already paid now wont let me cancel !!! If it hasn't shipped and still processing should be able to cancel !! When calling them they say will ship asap that's it ! Don't waste your time and money unless you like drama . Will not purchase from here again !!”
“Iām very disappointed with my experience with TireEasy.com. I purchased tires, and the very next day the price dropped. I contacted customer service hoping for a simple price adjustment, but they completely declined to help.
Instead of valuing customer satisfaction or showing any flexibility, they seemed more concerned about saving a few dollars than keeping a customer happy. This experience made me feel unappreciated as a buyer.
I would think twice before purchasing from them again, as their customer service did not meet reasonable expectations.”
“Placed an order for a set of tires that were on sale, after they charged my credit card, I got an email saying they could not fill the order @ sales price.... and would refund $ in 5-7 days.... No way to keep a customer.....”
“Ordered six tires for a customer's boat trailer. Only five arrived. After two weeks of numerous back-and-forths, Tires Easy said they couldn't find us another tire, so they credited our card. Odd, I went online and ordered another from Tires Easy. The problem is the time loss, our angry customer, and the fact that what was credited was less than purchasing just one tire. Clearly, one hand at Tires Easy doesn't know what the other is doing. And, because we had to leave our customer's boat floating in the water for two weeks, we had to detail it. Dealing with Tires Easy cost us at least $250.00, and probably the loss of our customer. Not happy”
“It has been months now after I received my four tires. One was obviously out of round, so I contacted customer support. They wanted another of info from the installation shop in order to process a return. So I went through PayPal the start the return. After returning the tire, they still refuse to refund the money for the tire and the worthless road hazard they stuck on the bill at checkout. I would not recommend this company for anything but a money disposal service. I have another tire that is vibrating and I will have to replace it also, but locally thus time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!”
“I would not recommend them. I ordered tires and for 1 week they didn't know when they were going to ship the tires. I canceled and ordered tires from another company. A few days later they sent the tires out after the order was canceled. I had to go to a fedex location to return 3 of the 4 tires I received. Now I'm going to be charged for shipping. Good luck if you order through them. I wish I could give no stars.š”š”š””
“I was happy in the past with this company but this time i ordered 4 tires and received 3 from 2019 and one from 2021! Six years old tires are not safe. When we saw that, tires were already mounted so too late to send back. After lots of unuseful emails and long phone call, they offer me 10% back and... they never sent anything. So i'm super disappointed, waste of time and money. Now i have to buy 4 other tires and i finally bought those ones for nothing!”
