Tires were shipped loose - no box - bound tightly by the manufacturer with strong tape. I have learned that tires have a “memory” and the rubber will take a shape in cold weather. The shape was restored by heating and reshaping prior to mounting. TiresShipped2You provided great support and stood behind this issue. I would rate their customer service at the highest and their response to their survey was immediate.
