My first time ordering from you…I ordered two tires. I promptly received two tires, but unfortunately, the tires sent were not the size I ordered. I contacted customer service, and was very quickly helped with my issue. The new, correct tires were immediately shipped to me, and the gentleman sent FedEx to my house to pick up the mis-shipped set of tires. The replacement process was handled quickly and seamlessly.
