I bought a tire for my snowblower that came in so deformed because it was obviously stacked in a pile underneath a lot of other tires or heavy items. I was completely unable to get the tire to bead on the rim. I took pictures and sent them to the customer support line and all I got was lip service. I dealt with the guy by the name of Kyle. Worst representative ever. He blamed it on the manufacturer of the tire who was Carlisle. If they knew that these tires with that bad they should not have shipped them and should’ve returned it to the manufacturer.
