Poor customer service. I purchased 2 mower tires. They were not shipped in a box and were smashed when I received them. After filing for a return authorization I did not receive a response for over a week. I had to ask again for authorization and return labels. After I shipped them back and they signed for the returned tires I did not receive a refund. It has been over a week since they received the damaged tires and I still have not received my refund. They have no phone number for customer service, everything is done through e-mail.
