Horrible experience!!!I was shipped the wrong tire and spent 45 minutes trying to call the company and they don't have a telephone. Got an email saying I had to take a picture of the wrong tire and order number and what did I order. I got another email telling me to use email because the company didn't have a phone and no employee could use their cell phone to call a customer. REALLY!!!! t;hey are a 50 year old company and they don't have a phone or receive phone calls ,employees can't call you and it's my job to provide all the info to them when they had everything right there on my order. Sorry but I'm not going to do their job of correcting their mistake. Horible customer service. Also told them I have already waited 5 days for the tire and now I need to wait even more. Send it next day freight since it is their mistake and they said they can't because there is no next day delivery from Michigan to Texas . Seriously . come on I might have been born at night, but it wasn't LAST night!!!. That's when I ordered it from Amazon for $2 less cost and got it the next day. Don'td buy from these people
