Supply issues happen, but when they charge my credit card right away and haven't shipped after two weeks? For the first time buying, I was beginning to wonder if it was a legitimate business. Also feels like someone should have been contacting me, when there were issues, I shouldn't have to spend time calling and using the contact links (twice). The tires arrived about 24 hours after they shipped.
