Actually, very satisfied with my TiresShipped2You experience with only one exception. The company promised - when the order was placed - to promptly send an e-mail confirmation regarding my purchase. After 4 days and upon not receiving such confirmation, I checked in with the firms customer service team. They let me know the message was likely caught in my SPAM filter - NOT! Simply put, no message received! Despite my frustration regarding the company's seeming inability to follow through with adequate communications - the tires arrived promptly and were precisely what I ordered. Couldn't be happier with the tires! The seller can absolutely do better ensuring its promises are kept with regard to confirmation sent and such. Everything else - ease of ordering, promptness of delivery of the products, size is perfect, I think the tires are excellent quality at an unbeatable price point...and I very much look forward to having them mounted on my ATV...! Look, this company did everything right except communicate with the customer...
