Unfortunately, I received an item that was sent SKU 430343 instead of the item that we ordered, SKU 430105.
At this point, we would like to keep the item that we have and be refunded $20.00 for the difference in cost.
In addition, we would like to order more items from Titan but are hesistant to do so after this mix up. If we could be provided with a percent discount on future orders, we would be more inclined to order again.
