I purchased a gantry crane the day before Thanksgiving and they had a sale the day after Thanksgiving for a much lower price! I emailed them the next day and after a phone call and another follow-up email with Justine Bautista from their support team, they refunded me the full price difference! Now that's a company that provides world-class service and puts the customer 1st!
