“I ordered an attachment for my tractor and received an email that it had been shipped. After an extended amount of time I had not received the item. I tracked the package and found that the Item was damaged and that Fed Ex would not ship. I contacted Fed Ex to start a claim and was informed I needed to contact Titan to start a claim. I contacted Titan and got a message that I should leave a contact number and that I would be called back. Here we go I thought. But I did get a call back from a very friendly person Justine Bautista. She looked up my order number and saw what happened and assured me that she would have another attachment shipped out. Now I haven't received it yet, this conversation just happened, but I really felt better about ordering from Titan. Justine helped me a lot and I appreciate her and how she made me feel.”
