Everything I've purchased from VFM has been good quality and delivered quickly, except these two rack shelves I just ordered. They are described as being 1RU, however, only the mounting ears are 1RU - the actual shelf height is less than 1RU, so the device I wanted to mount (which is 1RU in height), will not fit on the shelf in the fully populated rack. It's a bit disappointing; fortunately they're not that expensive.
