“Delivery was slow, due to low stock, but they did communicate through the process”

“First time dealing with this business. Everything is awesome, the products are good. The team is great too, website works awesome. There is some room for improvement, two issues, minus one star.... if you guys don't have one item in stock, you hold back my entire order unless I pay extra. I feel that it's a bit rough to expect a customer to wear additional freight cost and have to follow you up to get my Goods because someone hasn't calculated stock levels correctly. Second point, freight providers that you chose took weeks, almost a month to deliver the items that were in stock, minus one star. Please try and remember that customers are already disappointed when stock is not available, do your best to not make it worse Cheers everyone We are spoilt with choice of many vendors of this type of equipment”

Just to clarify, a couple of items in your order were pre-order products. This was noted on the product pages, at checkout, and confirmed via email after purchase. As outlined during checkout, orders containing pre-order items are dispatched together unless a split shipment is requested at the customer’s cost. We’re sorry about the longer freight time, we understand how frustrating that can be and will pass this feedback on to the freight carriers. “Thank you very much for wasting my time with your delivery service. I waited and waited and waited and waited and soon as I went to the shop for five minutes they decided to come. No message no call just left a message of how I am to pick up my own parcel. So much for a courier service when I am the one who has to do the driving. Now I have to drive to the other side of the city to pick up the package. No Thanks Phil”

Hey Phil, we hear you and we’re sorry that happened. It’s definitely annoying to miss a delivery with no message. The courier is a third-party and manages delivery attempts, including pick-ups if no one’s home, that’s a standard practice. We’ll pass your feedback on to them.

“After purchasing my goods (I'm in NSW) I became aware that the flat rate fee of $15 only applies to QLD customers. There was no prior warning or information at checkout of the goods and I ended up being charged $34 all up which is not acceptable.”

Hi Charlie, Thanks for your feedback. Our $14.95 flat rate shipping applies to most metro areas across Australia, not just QLD. As outlined in our shipping T&Cs, deliveries to regional or remote locations can attract a courier surcharge. We also note on our product pages that additional freight charges may apply outside standard metro zones so customers are aware before ordering.
