“Order has still not arrived”

Hi there! I hope you're doing well. Regarding your recent order, it appears that it was delivered and signed for on February 2nd, 2024. I've gone ahead and sent you an email to confirm these details. “I am still waiting for my product , it was due on the 21st of December. I have been in contact with the sales team but they are on holidays until the 8th of January.”

Hi Kristan, thanks for taking the time to drop us a review and sorry to hear you haven't received your item yet. I have chased this up for you and sent you an email with some info from the courier company.

“I placed 2 orders with you a few days apart. The first order arrived but with the contents of the second order. I have been trying to track down the second order hopefully with the contents of the first order. Last tracking attempt with AUSPOST states that the item is in WA at Waverton ?? I telephoned your office, there was an email reply but since then there has been no follow up by you. I would never use your company again and certainly never recommend you. A full refund of the missing order would be appreciated and you can request a redirection of the missing item.”

“Only received 1 of 2 parcels that were ordered on the same invoice . The parcel I did receive the product is damaged and marked the other parcel I haven’t even received . Not happy .”

“If you live in Perth, I would now not recommend buying from VFM. I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still don’t have the item. I know they will use the “COVID Delay” reason but I don’t think that applies in March 2021.”

“Ive bought a RU8 rack flight case, The case on the out side looks professionally done. The Rack itself appease to be only for light weight equipment. The screws to mount equipment to the back were too short. GVF makes the assumption that it is only for thinner tope of equipment. I was advised to buy my own. 2nd) the front rack wholes to fit in the nuts to attach the equipment and the back proportion are not aligned. In case the wholes to mount the rear of the equipment is at least displaced by 5mill meter. I can not secure the back of the equipment to the rack. This experience, was quite disappointing, whereas up and until recently I was quite happy with GFMs service.. cheers Abhay”

“received item but it’s not suitable for what we wanted it for, sent email to sales team requesting a RMA number as per instruction from person via phone over a week ago and have not yet receive number or been contacted by sales team, even though I received a automatic email stating I would be contacted within 24hrs.”
