“Can't rate it yet, as I still haven't received the order.”

“I still have't received my order. I called them today to arrange collection myself and said it can 48 hours to submit paperwork so I can collect. I need it for an event tomorrow so very frustrated. It has been at their depot since 29/12 1:34pm Pretty angry. Don't use Aramax. they are the worst couriers”

Hi Alex, Sorry you had trouble with Aramex. I can see the order was sent on the 19/12/22 and the ETA was the 3/01/23. 10 days is usually the average delivery time to Perth however cut off times last year were suggested for the 8/12 due to things taking longer than normal over this period. For future orders you're welcome to make a note on your order for us to avoid Aramex and our warehouse team will try to work with you on that.

“Everything I've purchased from VFM has been good quality and delivered quickly, except these two rack shelves I just ordered. They are described as being 1RU, however, only the mounting ears are 1RU - the actual shelf height is less than 1RU, so the device I wanted to mount (which is 1RU in height), will not fit on the shelf in the fully populated rack. It's a bit disappointing; fortunately they're not that expensive.”

We have researched Cam-Stay products, and we can't find a similar product that is comparable in price. The only similar product we can find is $22.60 each. Whereas our ratchet stay is $20.90 for a pair, making it half the price. “Took to long to be delivered”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on Saturday 5th Sept and dispatched on Monday 7th Sept at 2.29pm from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse. According to Auspost the item was delivered on Friday at 1.49pm to Callala Beach, NSW. It was delivered within the expected timeline outlined by Auspost. “You were fine, your shipper Fastway also known as Aramex were appalling first declining to deliver to a legitimate address then claiming they’d returned the item to you. In the end I had to email Peter Kiplinski Aramex CEO to actually get my item and have the incorrect position taken by their customer services department put right. This circumstance added 7 days to the delivery cycle. The delay was not COVID related”

“For some reason could only use 2of the 4 mounting screws on back of television.”

“The company VFM choose to ship with tarnish the over all experience when buying from the VFM group. On the two occasions I’ve purchased from VFM, both parcels have taken well over a week to be delivered, this despite other deliveries from other capital cities taking about 3 day. I’m still waiting for one. If your not in a hurry, then these guys can be considered. If you want your product within 5 working days, look elsewhere.”
