“TitanAV 4U Fly Rack Great Product from a Great Brand, we orded a 4U Fly Rack thinking it would be a flat pack, huge bounus it was built already. Sturdy but light and very solid, very impressive. Only comment is the side wood ends could have been thicker maybe twice as, not a deal breaker or that this would have made it more rugged, just a look thing? All in all very happy, a work of art.”

“Costs of Shipping & Handling fees to Perth could be handled better before checkout. Packing should be packed better as the thin cupboard cannot handle the weight of the open frame rack within and abuse of couriers. Luckily no parts were missing. Bubble wrap or shrink wrap will be a nice touch. Otherwise a pretty good experience.”

Thanks for your feedback Tj. I have passed this onto our operations department. We use a thinner, recycled cardboard for our packaging to bring the cost of the product down.

“Bought the av foam panels to actually line a camper to get away from the cold steel. Once the salesperson got their head around where they were going all travelled smoothly Delivery was fast and pricing quite reasonable I thought.”

“Buying the part online was easy and had no issues. But chatting to the staff inside when I went over to pick up my items were just rude. Like they didn't want to greet me when I walk through the doors. I said "I'm here to pick up the parts I ordered" they just said " go next door to the shed" Customer service is a huge thing to me and if that fails then I just don't go shopping there again.”

“So I messed up. I thought I would save $20 and get a similar unit from eBay (It was nasty; a powerboard simply attached to a 1u strip). Then ordered this alternative from vfm and this is so much better and fit for purpose - an integrated unit with the sockets flush with the panel. Personally would have preferred an illuminated switch but just having a led power indicator is ok.”
