Costs of Shipping & Handling fees to Perth could be handled better before checkout.
Packing should be packed better as the thin cupboard cannot handle the weight of the open frame rack within and abuse of couriers. Luckily no parts were missing. Bubble wrap or shrink wrap will be a nice touch.
Otherwise a pretty good experience.
