I cant realy comment as I havent yet recieved my items, I have no doubt that they will be fine, but the delivery service is diabolical with confusing updates as to whereand when my parcel will be delivered or infact will I have to go an pick up my parcel.

Hi Thomas, I can see your item was delivered a day after you posted this review. Sorry the courier company took a bit of time to get it over to Perth! I hope you enjoy your cables now they have arrived!
Quality of server rack was poor. Side rails where only fixed in one place and fan had a lack of insulation over the 230v joints. Would not purchase again.

Have not received the item Local post office says they do not have it. You should have an easier way to contact you via email , not just for purpose of review.

I understand people have time off and businesses close over Xmas. But a notification somewhere of store/warehouse closure dates would have been appreciated. Apon original purchase no email was sent stating closure dates or web page had no notifications expect for a small note stating no deliveries will be sent until Wednesday 6th January 2021 was visible. Even google search said business was open over Xmas and New years break. I tried calling, but that rang out. How hard is it to set up an answering machine with message and also put notes/dates up on front door as I attempted pickup twice on Wednesday 28th Dec 2020 and Monday 4th Jan 2021 in which I had no idea when I could collect my purchase. I sent an email requesting a resolution, ok, so the business was closed, I never recieved a response until Wednesday 6th January 2021 informing me item was ready for pickup. Sorry guys, thats very bad and lazy customer service. On a positive note, the Caravan TV bracket was prefect and great price.

HI Chris, Thank you for leaving a review. All our hours were published on 20th December 2020 across our website, including the pinned top banner which appears on every page and Blog > https://www.vfmgroup.com.au/blog/vfm-blog/news/holiday-closure/ We also had updated our google business account opening hours to show the holiday hours (these usually appear differently to normal hours). We have checked this with google and the hours where correctly displayed. We also posted to our Facebook account regarding our closure, sent multiple emails notifying our customers of our hours, including order cutoffs and all our sales emails had an auto response also highlighting our closure and stating all emails and orders would be attended to from 7th January. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused due to our closure, however like most small businesses we rarely have time off and Christmas is the only opportunity afforded to us. Regards, VFM Team

I have purchased a couple of rackmount shelves and a 19 inch wall mounting bracket. The shelves are fine, but the bracket came wrapped in a piece of bubblewrap and unceremoniously taped with packing tape to the side of the box that cotained the shelves. The bracket itself has clearly been used as there are unmistakable signs of previous assembly and wear. My earlier interactions with VFM have been very positive, but selling me this bracket as a new product thinking I won't notice is a bit low. I may have to look elsewhere next time.

Well it's been 11 days and I haven't recieved it yet so that's not the best start for a first time user of VFM online. Not sure what the hold up is because i ordered a binch of stuff from all over in the last week and it's all arrived, from all over Aus. Hopefully the case is worth the wait
