Terrible product. After corresponding with the company about why it is impossible to mount a projector in a fixed position using this wobbly projector mount, I had a look at the design and it seems like a projector ceiling mount has just been added to a wobbly truss clamp and hoped the best that it would work ok. We now have 2 projector mounts that we will never use again because it is impossible to get the projector to remain pointed in the required direction and tilt angle.
