I placed 2 orders with you a few days apart. The first order arrived but with the contents of the second order. I have been trying to track down the second order hopefully with the contents of the first order. Last tracking attempt with AUSPOST states that the item is in WA at Waverton ?? I telephoned your office, there was an email reply but since then there has been no follow up by you. I would never use your company again and certainly never recommend you. A full refund of the missing order would be appreciated and you can request a redirection of the missing item.
