First time ordering from VFM Group. I ordered a product which was out-of-stock and would take some time to come in from the supplier. VFM was really great about contacting to let me know the timeframes that they would receive the product from the supplier and offered an alternative which was in stock or simply a refund if the timeframes weren't suitable. I did need the product sooner so opted for the refund but will definitely be shopping with VFM again based on the superb customer service. Thank you guys for the excellent communication!
