Taking advantage of Black Friday sale, I bought a fly rack and case on wheels. After 2 shows 2 screws holding the retractable handle on the case came loose - I screwed them back in and tightened all others only to find the threads did not hold. after the following shows 3 screws came out. I contacted Titan AV sales via email but have not received a reply. I have since superglued the screws into position. Not the best experience and doesn't reflect well on produyct quality control or after sales service.
