This company is incredible. At a time of so much change and decision decisions that need to be made on behalf of many different people. This is one decision we don’t have to think about. This is the second time that we have used Titan in a matter of three years and both times they have been Above and beyond with their customer service, communication and quality of product. I know we saved at least 2/3 of what we would’ve had to have paid it a funeral home by going direct to Titan. And we got the exact same casket, the exact same material for 1/3 of the price. So much more I could say but all you need to know is call Titan or go online and order your beloved casket. You will not regret it for one second.
