The ordering process was straightforward, and to my (pleasant) surprise, the Titan team very quickly took action to verify the inscription text I had entered to double/triple check it was correct. There was one question I had and they immediately responded that they reviewed and verified there was not an additional space between two letters, explaining it was the font type that made it appear that way. I received the urn very quickly and could not be happier with the final product.
