I was highly impressed (as was my funeral director) how quickly the casket arrived, and how carefully and entombed with packaging it was shipped so that the casket would arrive in pristine condition. Much to the surprise of my funeral director, he was astonished at the price and the impressive wood quality -- he thought it would have been priced twice as high. Thank you all at Titan!
