I was not familiar with Titan Caskets but I’m relieved I found them and I can promise anyone reading this review that you will be also. Here’s just a few reasons why. Someone was available online to assist if I needed help. Website was super user friendly, someone from the company called as soon as I placed my order to verify it was me. I received updates throughout the entire shipping process. Item arrived in a few days in perfect condition. The cost was less than other sites. My purchase was made in preparation for my daughters 16 year old-fur baby who is having some health issues. I can’t express the amount of love our entire family has for him. I know when that day comes if I’m not prepared then I feel he’ll get cheated out of a burial that he deserves due to having to make quick decisions. I ordered large for 25lb pet because I wanted extra room and its plenty big enough. I thank God we haven’t had to use it but I’m happy and so relieved that we'll be prepared when the times comes.
