Excellent service!!!!
I am very pleased with the customer service. Rep was patient and compassionate. Delivery was on time. Due to logistical challenges on my end I was concerned about not being able to see the casket when it was delivered to the funeral home. The first time I saw the casket was at the viewing. I was very happy with the quality and color (looked like what was displayed on the website). Transactions and interactions were stress-free. Thank you to the Titan Team
